How to participate:

You can participate by sign in / registering to this website through Facebook, Gmail or create your own login credentials. Then enter your credentials like Phone number, Organisation / Company name, Location / City etc. for registration in this contest. After this, you can submit your entry online on YES, I Write contest page in respective languages & categories. Click here to register and then submit your story or poetry.

Rules

1. The contest is open to all individuals currently employed in any company (private or public) during the contest period till the result declaration. Self-employed, Businessman, Professional are not eligible to take part in this corporate / company specific contest. YES BANK employees can participate but will be judged through a different category.
2. Participation in the Contest is on a voluntary basis. There is no entry fee for participation in the Contest.
3. Participants need to submit stories or poems that are original works. Articles, essays, etc. are not allowed.
4. There is no limit to the number of submitted entries. Once an entry is submitted, the participant shall not be allowed to make any modification to the entries already submitted.
5. Participants can submit as many of their creations (i.e, stories or poem or both) and those can be in languages prescribed for the contest viz, English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Odia & Bengali only for this phase. Other languages enablement are being worked upon and will be made available in the next phase of this contest.
6. Incomplete forms/entries submitted shall not be entertained.
7. The Contest should not be used for promotion of business and/or any commercial solicitation by the Participant(s).
8. The Participant is request to not submit/post any spam, foul, indecent, threatening, discriminatory, vulgar and/or any such entry which is against public morality, as the same may lead to disqualification. Such decision of disqualification shall be at the sole discretion of YES BANK.
9. The content of all entries submitted is at the sole liability of each Participant. The Participant shall also be responsible for obtaining all model and/or property releases. By submitting entries, each Participant(s) represents and assures that all entries are their original works and no copyright, trademark and/or any other intellectual property rights have been infringed/violated.
10. The Participant(s) agrees and consents to indemnify YES BANK and StoryMirror for any intellectual property rights infringement claim related to or arising out of the entries submitted by them and use of the same by YES BANK & their affiliates thereof.
11. All the submissions are to be made only on the link here. Any submission made over email or as hard copy will not be eligible for entry.
12. The Participant(s) hereby grants exclusive license to use any content and images in the entry including right of reproduction, in any format, with/without modifications to YES BANK, its affiliates and/or any representative of YES BANK.
13. Participants agree that personal data, especially name and address, may be processed, shared and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Contest and any other purposes outlined in these clauses. The data may also be used by YES BANK in order to verify the Participant's identity, postal address, and telephone number or to otherwise verify the Participant's eligibility to participate in the Contest.
14. YES BANK reserves the right of reproduction of the YES, I WRITE entries submitted by the Participants in all media, including any online and offline communication/events, without any prior consent of the Participant(s).
15. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of the Contest, the decision of YES BANK and StoryMirror shall be final and binding.
16. The cover image to your submitted story / poetry would be designed by StoryMirror, if not submitted by participant or not as per the contest rules.
