Diminutive Life
Diminutive Life
A little bud blossomed in the golden evening,
Astonished seeing it rolling in dust, next morning.
Smile on its young face got faded, started moaning,
Hope to live long vanished with no caring.
Everyone loves flowers of various colors.
Someone wears around neck, rings on ears.
Someone likes its fragrance and smell,
A few arrange to put sticks in glass vessel.
Many worships God with flowers and adore,
Without flower, devotion remain partial, requires more.
Happiness gets reflected on sweet smiling face,
Love and affection to flowers upgrades the grace.
Desire of this little flower did not accomplish,
In the span of night dark smiles got finish.
Born with hatred, did not learn to laugh,
None approached, no honeybee gave any hug.
The charming face was kept hidden in the dark,
Wind did not whisper, happiness lost in the park.
Hiding unsatisfied hope in heart, excitement of life gone,
The short life ended in the early rays of dawn.
