Old World Sings To New

I the old world, want to sing

To you the new world, a song of spring

May not have rhyme nor rhythm as I sing

But pay heed to these requests I request in my song I sing

Away from blind believes for it has taken me ages to get myself free

Away from selfish motives for no one wins in wars, left are only debris

Away from false promisers for I have been a slave before, do not become one please

Away from truth distorters for I have seen countries turn into ruins, be away from these

Do not be -

A trust dissector for I have seen families scatter, don’t let yours go hatter-scatter

A foolish advisor for I have seen clashes one to many, keeping them away is far better

A selfish leader for I have seen only decline, let not history repeat, be smarter

A land snatcher for I have seen only destruction, don’t indulge and regret later

Let yourself be -

Free of drug trafficking for I have seen ruins of families and communities, stay away

Free of mind weaponizing for I have seen deaths of families and communities, keep away

Free of mental harassing for I have seen broken families and communities, move away

Free of smearing and polluting for I have seen natural disasters hurt gravely, do away

Ensure you are -

Not into any dishonest dealings for there is only lose no gain, learn from histories

Not into deliberate interfering for there is no progress, learn from my stories

free to live and breadth freely for life is too short – cherish before it perishes

free to speak openly and boldly for you are the master and not the slave- live to flourish

Today, this old world to the new world sings

Hope this new world develops new wings

Safeguards nature and humanity with harmony in beings

Renews what I lost with my misgivings

I the Old world to this new world pleads
