When Words Talk
When Words Talk
I own my words
I am responsible for what I say
I am not afraid to speak my mind
I emerge with learning
I found myself lost in the world of words,
I guess my heart just led me here.
Call it my yen to learn
Or then I had found a way to learn.
Pages are plenty
Some written, some in print.
It is the essence that makes sense,
And again, it is for me to tell.
I seem to emerge out of the pages,
As if I have finally found something to tell
Yet another soul who is seeking what I
Had found in between the pages.
I nudge myself to read
What another has to tell
For I know that his mind has imprinted
What he seemed to know
Or that is what he wanted to show.
I know what I am in for
But I still do not know his intent,
Unless I have delved deeper
For interpretations have no extent.
Perhaps I will someday too, closet amongst pages,
And arrange my collected thoughts.
Maybe then someone will come along
As if to read my mind!
Words have mutual admirers!
