THE JIGSAW PUZZLE

 

It was Andy’s Birthday Party and Uncle Sunny brought Andy a huge gift wrapped in a silver foil with a big red bow on the top. Andy was thrilled and thanked his dear Uncle Sunny.

Soon Andy’s big birthday bash was over and Andy just couldn’t wait to open the gifts. To his surprise it was a jigsaw puzzle. Andy was overjoyed. He opened the box and began to assemble the jigsaw pieces.

Soon Andy formed a Japanese Sumo Wrestler, a Greek Barbarian with a mace in his hands, a Chinese Kung Fu Fighter, a Western Cowboy with chaparejos shoes and a pistol in his holster, and at last he formed a Jinnee. Suddenly the Jinnee began to speak as if by magic, and so said he, “I am Jinnee Jippinjapa and if you wish the critters inside the jigsaw box to come alive, I shall do so.”

 

Andy was overjoyed and exclaimed in glee “Whoppee! I certainly wish for the critters inside the jigsaw box to come alive.”

Whoop De Doo! His wish did come true, the Japanese Sumo Wrestler began to wrestle, the Greek Barbarian began to swing his mace and the Chinese Kung Fu Fighter began to do his mad monkey tricks, while the western cowboy began to shoot in the air with his pistol. There was a great hullaballoo, fracas and fray between them all and Andy boy just didn’t know what to do. So he asked Jippinjapa the magical Jinnee to solve this great bagarre, scuffle and brawl and all the jostling about. The magical Jinnee Jippinjapa whispered a spell in Andy boy’s ear and Andy boy was overjoyed. He jinxed the Jigsaw puzzle and made it topsy-turvy.

The Barbarian had the Cowboy’s face and the Cowboy the Barbarian’s, the Kung Fu fighter had the Sumo Wrestler’s face and the Sumo Wrestler the Kung Fu fighter’s. Now Cowboy the barbarian, did not know what to do with the mace and Barbarian the Cowboy, did not know what to do with the gun in his holster.

The Kung Fu fighter with the Sumo Wrestler’s face could not do his mad monkey tricks, while the Sumo Wrestler with the Kung Fu fighter’s face could no longer wrestle anymore.

The great hullaballo, fracas and fray between them all stopped and Andy Boy was glad that the magical Jinnee Jippinjapa helped him solve the great bagarre, scuffle and brawl. So now Cowboy, the Barbarian showed the Barbarian how to use the Pistol while Barbarian the Cowboy showed the Cowboy how to use the mace.

The Kung Fu fighter with the Sumo Wrestler’s face showed the Sumo Wrestler his mad monkey tricks and the Sumo Wrestler with the Kung Fu Fighter’s face showed the Kung Fu fighter how to wrestle.

Andy boy was delighted to see the turn of events and finally put back the Jigsaw puzzle right again.

From now on the Japanese Sumo Wrestler, the Greek Barbarian, the Chinese Kung Fu Fighter and the Western Cowboy became good friends, thanks to Andy boy’s magical Jinnee Jippinjapa!
