He sat under the tree
Looking around wondering what it used to be
If these tall buildings have really ruined a paradise
A place that used to be a heavenly site
The words still roamed in his head
Wondering why his thoughts and words were not met
The greenery that surrounded him
And those stories now all dim
He wondered if this really is home
A place whose past is all ruined and gone
The present covers it all
And what destruction is covered behind the wall?
