To Grow, You Must Cry Too.

You are stronger than your anxious thoughts.

You are more than your anxious thoughts .

There'll be Overwhelming sadness ,

That'll loom over like a never-ending dark cloud. 

Thoughts shall tangle, 

words will twist.

Those tough times

shall keep flaring up in your mind like a small ember that was always smoldering just beneath the ashes.

Trapped within yourself,

dust of sadness filling your insides like cigarette smoke

but releasing it one day.

Accepting the This too shall pass phase.

Feeling okay again,

being okay again

It takes time.

TIME.

 To realize who is worth it.

whom to let go

and whom to be patient with.

TO REALISE YOUR WORTH.

Rain made the grass grow,

the grass you tip toe onto each day,

wondrous of the beauty it brings.

The earth cries too ,

just like the sky. 

It's then that you realize how it all comes together. 

Your eyes like craters in the sky.
