Hazy day made it invisible to be on the trot The day rolled by but it remained the same making one wade through the bushes. The cloud descended making the sight blurred and walking difficult.                  The chilly weather made one hold the cloak with one hand with great difficulty.       The day was dreary and weighed one down.      The day drew to a close, still no respite.   Squally winds were hitting against the eardrums giving one a headache.                          Being lean, was dragged from one end to another. Unsteady, could not keep a firm step.

Vision dimmed further , with the call of the wolves. Flabbergast stood still for a while. Decided to mount on a pony The pony being wild struggled to hold on to the reins. It dashed through the wind and I wobbled. Finally I reached the moors.  I dismounted the pony, tied it to a tree.               Soothing breeze touched my cheek. I refreshed myself in the lake running by.  A bystander directed me to the person I was looking for.                        Beside the steeple was his residence.      I mounted on the pony to his residence   Tied the pony in the stable and knocked on his door. A butler answered the door    Beside the hearth was my companion.    After a desultory conversation. hit the nail at the purpose of my visit.              It was said ghosts were in wait. beyond the moors. Children were vanishing.  People there dreaded every moment and kept a close watch.                          The situation was grim. and a full-fledged investigation was called for.          We rolled up our sleeves and launched on our tryst with destiny.

Our horses raced at the speed of wind.      Darkness descended and we were beyond the moors. It was a dim lit village. and we had to be on the alert.  A shadow fell , something was on the prowl.           The gigantic figure was lurking in the dark Villagers murmured it was a regular sight but couldn’t decipher what it was.        Danger at close quarters sent. shivers down the spine. The villagers braved themselves. themselves and shook of their fear.  We were shaken to the hilt.       On seeing the villagers mustered our courage and proceeded.

A few villagers followed us armed. Left behind the cries of children who were thunder struck. As we neared the elusive creature. we were drenched in sweat.                  Darkness clouded our vision villagers with lanterns came to our aid.               Dread took an upper hand.   It was the thicket that we heard the howl          We distanced ourselves             The howl was distinct The groan from the thicket grew louder                 It happened to be a mother dinosaur who stole the children. to feed the injured baby Dino As we came close to it it moa Ed We nursed the baby back to health and fed it It became a favorite pet of the. Villagers who brought it back home The children were overjoyed and started playing with it it
