A gnawing sensation gave no respite to the king. Embittered was he with his kinsmen. Embroiled in a controversy enraged one and all.                                It blew up beyond proportion and out of hand.                              It all started with a war of words but it didn’t seem to end there it became a towering inferno. All the artillery came into play. No one was spared.                     The kinsmen flew for their lives,,some were injured critically, some fighting for their lives mortally wounded. ,some escaped miraculously from the axe.                 Scenes from the past loomed large.      A twinge of guilt ,left the king ,reassert itself without restraint                       He tossed and turned, it grew to unimaginable proportions.                


  It. all started with a spark ,a way of words which grew in magnitude among siblings.      Each one being headstrong wouldn’t let go.  The king being the eldest tried to resolve the problem but was in the midst. of a controversy.  He fretted and fumed when the siblings refused to subjugate l.       Raising their voice. against the king saw him fuming. They raised their swords. to get rig of the king.                      The king sent them to the guillotine.       They pleaded for mercy but. but the king was blinded by. fury. Arms and ammunition’s were in full swing.         Allies of the sibling’s wanted to overthrow. the king but of no avail.              After the event. the king spent sleepless nights over the nightmare. He tried to push the slain at the back of his mind and vowed never to repeat a deed which would deeply wound the kith and kin.               He was left solitary much to his dismay.
