Sun sank lower in the sky, the light of day draining away, it was the evening time. Everybody was enjoying their weekend peacefully. Ebbing over so gently the sea looked at peace in its Neptune-blue gown. Suddenly, the ground is moving and the noise is like extended thunder only worse because the vibrations are coming from below. It was an earthquake.

The whole area was completely destroyed. The earthquake also disturbed the sea. Water all around, the animal could be seen struggling for their lives. The humans were the worst sufferers.

All the buildings collapsed, the trees, the bridges, the vehicles everything was in the worst condition. Everyone was searching for their lost family members and friends. One of them was Mr. and Mrs. Iyer. They lost their 7-year-old kid. Mrs. Iyer was shattered. Her eyes were dull. Her breathing slowed and heart barely wanting to beat.

Unexpectedly, they heard a child crying. Mrs. Iyer ran following the voice, hoping the voice to be of her daughter. She found a 3-year-old girl crying. Mrs. Iyer called her husband.

The girl cried continuously, she kept on asking for his Mom and Dad. After seeing the girl's condition, Mrs. Iyer's eyes filled with tears. She took the girl on her lap and gave her some biscuits to eat.

The girl ate the biscuits and slept on Mrs. Iyer's lap. Mrs.Iyer saw her child in the unknown girl. She believed that God snatched her child away but sent a child who needs parents' love and care.

Mr. and Mrs. Iyer decided to adopt the girl. The disaster management community helped the sufferers to come out of the trauma and misery they went through.

Everything was settled now. Mr. and Mrs. Iyer legally adopted the girl and named her Qiyara.

Qiyara was now 27 years old. She was a successful entrepreneur. One day, a news reporter asked Qiyara about the secret of her success.

Qiyara simply replied, “ We consider Lord Krishna to be great as he was loved by two mothers. I am the luckiest person on this Earth as I have the blessings of two mothers. One who gave birth to me, and another who made me a perfect human being. This is the only reason which made me hit a home run. Everything is a God's will, if the earthquake in 1995 wouldn't have taken place, then I might not be sitting here sharing my success story.”
