1. Can anyone submit an entry?

A. Yes anyone can submit a Story or Poem or both. However, they will qualify for prizes only if they are an ICICI Bank customer.

2. How do I share my entry?

A. Please follow these steps:

• Click here and register yourself. If you already have an account at ICICI Bank Live Your Passion, login using your user id and password.
• Submit your entry at - https://contest.storymirror.com/ICICIBankLYP.
• After submitting, you will receive an email on your email ID registered with ICICI Bank Live Your Passion. 

3. What kind of content can I share?

A. You can share any Story or Poem as long as it is your original work.

4. What is ‘theme of the week’?

A. Every week, we give a theme to help writers get started, in case inspiration hasn’t struck as yet. It serves as a thought starter and is not mandatory. Participant can choose his/her own topic/theme.

5. Can I share content that doesn’t cover the theme of the week?

A. Yes, you can share any content of your choice. The theme is meant to serve as a thought starter in case you don’t have a topic in mind. 

6. What is the criteria to have my story published?

A. Every Story / Poem that you submit goes through our moderator's confirmation to ensure that the content does not contain any plagiarized content or objectionable content. 

In most cases, a Story / Poem will get published within 3 days of it reaching the moderator.

7. I want to edit the content I have uploaded. How do I do that?

A. You can edit the content once it is published on StoryMirror using the edit option. 

8. I have uploaded content and it got published as well. How can I tell my friends so that they can see it too?

A. Just go to your content page and click on the social media icons to share it with your friends on Facebook, WhatsApp and Twitter. You can also share the content with your friends on email. Or you can copy the link of the content and share it.

9. How do I find my content on the contest website?

A. You can find your content in 2 ways:

1. Search for your content using your name or content’s title in the search box on https://contest.storymirror.com/ICICIBankLYP.
2. Click on the link in the email that was sent to you when your content got published.

10. I read the contents and found some of them very inspiring. I want to share them with my friends. How do I do that?

A. Every content has icons below it for liking it or sharing it on Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp. Simply click the icon to like or share!

11. How do I get my participation prize?

A. You will get an email with your participation prize when your entry is moderated and published on the website. The participation prize is a discount voucher that you can redeem using an ICICI Bank Debit Card, Credit Card or Internet Banking.

12. I have a query that is not answered here. What do I do?

A. Please write to us here and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
